Our expertly designed sessions cater to all fitness goals, whether you’re looking to build strength, burn fat, or improve endurance:

  • RAW: Functional strength training meets high-intensity conditioning. These sessions are perfect for anyone looking to build muscle, increase power, and improve overall fitness.
    Best for: Strength, body composition, and confidence.
    Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Coming soon, our Hyrox 365 Programme will feature:

  • Dedicated Hyrox sessions to improve your performance in specific race elements.

A key feature of our approach is the 90-Day Game Plan. At the start of each training phase, we host a dedicated session to help you:

  • Review your progress over the previous phase.

  • Set new goals for the next 12 weeks.

  • Create actionable steps to achieve your long-term objectives.

These plans provide clarity and purpose, ensuring every member has a clear path forward. For those unable to attend, we provide alternative ways to complete the process so no one is left behind.

In addition to the Game Plans, we also offer regular support calls. These calls are designed to give you direct access to our coaching team for personalized advice on training, nutrition, or anything else related to your fitness journey. It’s an extra layer of guidance that ensures you’re always moving toward your goals, whether you’re in the studio or not.
